“NOTE:” We require a deposit for any Initial Assessment if booking online This deposit is “NON-REFUNDABLE” in case of “NO SHOW”.
On the other hand, if you attended the Initial Assessment, the deposit you made will be applied as a credit to your account and you will pay the remaining balance of the Initial Assessment fee. This credit is applicable in case you have no Insurance extended health benefits or your Insurance does not direct bill our clinic as a Provider.
But if you have an Insurance extended health benefits and the submitted service claim is paid directly to us (Provider), then, we will *“refund *” to you the deposit.
