During this type of appointment, we will be reviewing your progress from previous sessions, and building on our treatment plan.
Follow-Up Treatment length will be recommended based on what your body needs to heal during your Initial Intake Appointment

Most of the hour is spent on the table in hands-on work — pressure, gliding strokes and focused work through specific muscles and connective tissue — with a brief check-in on what changed since last time and a sense of what to keep an eye on between visits.
