Discovery Call
A Discovery Call is a 20-minute introductory conversation to explore whether coaching with Krista is the right fit.
During the call, clients share their goals and desired outcomes, while Krista explains her approach, the coaching process, and how coaching can support them. She will also outline next steps for getting started.
A Discovery Call is required for all new clients before booking their first coaching session. A welcome package will be sent prior to the first session.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
