As part of the booking process, a credit card is required to hold your appointment. ALL credit card information is securely stored. Your credit card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or NO SHOW If you have concerns about this policy, please contact the office at 403.270.0854 or email hello@whyknot.ca. We are happy to work with you to make other arrangements.
Direct Billing to third party insurance providers is NOT provided at our clinic, however, we DO provide electronic receipts for ease of submission for reimbursement
