To help us provide more consistent care for all of our patients while supporting the sustainability of our practitioners’ schedules, we have updated our cancellation policy.
Late cancellations and missed appointments often leave appointment times that cannot be filled, preventing another patient from receiving care while also impacting our therapists’ income. This policy helps us continue providing high-quality, reliable care for our community. Thank you for your understanding and support.
🗓️ Effective August 1, 2026
We require 48 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or changes.
• 48–24 hours’ notice: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments: 100% of the appointment fee
🏢 Building Access
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Take the elevator to the 7th floor and check in with reception. Let them know you’re here for your massage at Wild Juniper Massage Therapy. Your therapist will greet you at your appointment time.
Weekends, statutory holidays and after 6:00 p.m.
The front doors are locked. Please call or text (604) 735-9662 when you arrive, and your therapist will let you in.
🚙 Parking
Paid parking is available behind the building via Oak Street.
Street parking (metered and free 2-hour) is available on West 7th, 8th, 10th, and 11th Avenues, and on Alder, Spruce, Laurel, and Willow Streets.
Construction in the area may affect parking, so please allow extra travel time. We are also a 12-minute walk from Broadway–City Hall Canada Line Station.
