Infant massage is a wonderful bonding practice that uses gentle, rhythmic strokes to calm babies. It aids in digestion by relieving gas/colic, improves sleep, and boosts development. It releases oxytocin, builds trust, relieves gas, colic and constipation. It helps sleep by promoting relaxation and calming the nervous system.
This session provides massage as well as instruction for the caregiver. This allows consistent treatments at home for maximum benefit.
