Breanna offers virtual access to a psychiatrist for general mental health assessments, medication reviews, and ADHD/ASD assessments. Please contact Breanna directly if you are interested in an assessment. She will guide you through the process. The psychiatry fee is covered by OHIP. You just pay the therapist's fee for their time.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
