The remaining time is focused on hands-on massage therapy tailored to your specific needs, whether you are experiencing muscle tension, stress, injury-related discomfort, or chronic pain. 75 minFollow-up A Subsequent Registered Massage Therapy appointment is intended for returning clients who have already completed an initial assessment. These sessions focus entirely on hands-on treatment, allowing your Registered Massage Therapist to build on your previous care plan and address ongoing or new areas of concern.
