**I am a RETURNING Patient of my regular WIN PROVIDER SELECTED and this visit is part of my REGULAR and ONGOING chiropractic care
Active based therapy utilizing the Neubie DC current to enhance the speed and efficacy of healing. This is the subsequent visit to the initial scan. Treatment consists of functional and affected movement patterns while under the influence of the neubie current.
