In each follow up session we will work towards the goals we established at our initial assessment. Treatment could include internal and / or external manual therapy, education, exercise prescription, mindfulness training, or acupuncture (dependant on practitioner)

What it is
Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
