Prenatal massage may help relieve common pregnancy-related tension and discomfort, including muscle tightness, back and hip discomfort, and general physical stress. Your treatment is approached with a trauma-informed and client-centered perspective, creating a supportive environment where your comfort and preferences are respected throughout the session.
