This Initial Consultation is designed for those who are within the first three months after giving birth and are seeking support during the early postpartum period.
Care during this time focuses on recovery, nourishment, and regulation, supporting both physical healing and emotional well-being.

During your visit, your practitioner will complete a comprehensive postpartum intake, review your birth experience and current symptoms, and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your recovery and postpartum needs.
