Cancellation/No-Show Policy - 예약취소 및 노쇼 정책
We kindly ask for a 24-Hour Notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling, effective from September 1st, 2024.
Patients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $50 late-cancellation fee. However, we will refund the fee, if you book within a week (one-time only)
For a No-Show client, a full charge for the booked treatment may be applied.
When clients book a treatment(s) for the first time in our clinic or via the booking website, we request that patients provide their credit card information for security purposes.
Please rest assured that our staff does not have access to your credit card details, and no charges will be made without prior verbal or written confirmation.
