PACKAGES ARE TO BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE STARTING. A receipt for the full amount will be provided on purchase, as well as an individual receipt will be sent after each session attended if you wish to put it through your insurance. Patients are responsible for their own insurance reimbursement and the clinic does not direct bill for these services.
