Made for two, The Reconnect Package is perfect for couples and friends alike. Your four-hour, full-body reset starts with a soak in the hot tub. Dry off for your private RMT massages, and take turns lounging on the dock. You’ll be invited into the studio for a guided breathwork session to quiet the mind and warm up the body from the inside out, priming you for a hot-cold circuit in nature: Sit back in our cedarwood sauna before walking out to the Pacific Ocean for a cold plunge.
