Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee on their next visit (We do not bill Insurance companies for your cancelation fee) At the same time if your therapist cancels your appointment within 48hrs your rescheduled appointment will be FREE
