If you have an injury, decrease in range of motion, or ongoing chronic pain we can do an initial assessment and determine the root cause whether that be a restriction in a range of motion or weakness in the muscles. This will also help us create a treatment plan to help you get back to your best self.
Please note this may not include a massage treatment depending on length of assessment. This does not include pregnancy massage.
