This appointment is designed to review a very specific problem that doesn't require you to be seen in-person, arrange for prescription medication renewal or for completion of documents. We are unable to perform a thorough examination during this appointment, so if in-person assessment is needed, we will help to organise that. This is an ideal appointment if you need to have contact with a primary care provider but are unable to make it to see us in person.
For non-residents or uninsured Canadians, the cost of this appointment is $150. Additional fees may apply and will be discussed during the appointment.
