Cupping Therapy
Cupping is a Traditional Chinese Medicine modality using suction cups applied to the skin to encourage circulation and reduce areas of tension or stagnation. Cups may be stationary or moving. Temporary circular marks may occur and typically fade within several days.

What it is
Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
Usually booked for
Ongoing tension that keeps coming back
A flare-up that changed how you move
Wanting a different approach than exercise alone
