Welcome to ZenActive Therapy! A few notes:
1. No Reception - Please do your best to check our online schedule as we do not have full time reception. If you need to leave a message, please email us at zenactivetherapy@gmail.com or leave a voice message at 604-558-4905
2. Cancellations due to illness:
- We have a 24 hour cancellation policy - patient will be charged if cancellation is within 24 hours unless they are ill/unwell
3. Crystal & Product Viewing
- For crystal or product purchases, please email us to book an appointment viewing
4. ICBC & Insurance Claims
- We do not direct bill ICBC but we do work with ICBC claims, offering treatment plan extensions and treatment goals for patient care
- Ciara Toddington, Kin Ho Lui, Jennifer Burville & Aliyah Muniff all direct bill Pacific Blue Cross

Zen Active Therapy is one of those rare places where you don’t just leave feeling better physically, you feel reset on a deeper level. Aliyah is an incredible massage therapist. She’s intuitive, attentive, and knows exactly how to work through tension while still creating a calming, relaxing experience. You can feel the care and intention in her work. Maki brings a truly intuitive and healing presence. There’s something very grounding about her energy that makes you feel safe, supported, and completely at ease. It goes beyond just a session, it feels like a full mind-body reset. In my work as a Vancouver realtor, I’m constantly on the go, so finding a place like this to reset and recharge is invaluable. In a city as fast-paced as Vancouver, having a space like this to reconnect and restore your energy is so valuable. I’m such a fan of the whole ZenActive family so here is a review on Hogan for acupuncture and acupressure and Maki for intuitive healing. I had such a positive experience with Hogan for acupuncture and acupressure. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease—Hogan is incredibly kind, attentive, and truly listens to what’s going on in your body. Hogan’s acupressure uses deep, targeted pressure that really works through stubborn tension and leaves you feeling noticeably better. He is also very knowledgeable, which made me feel completely comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and takes the time to tailor treatments to your needs, I highly recommend Hogan. I’m so grateful to have found him! I also had such a powerful experience with Maki. She is an incredibly intuitive healer who truly understands how to work with the body and energy on a deeper level. Her ability to clear and balance chakras, combined with her body work, left me feeling lighter, grounded, and completely renewed. I was so happy to meet Aaliyah @ ZenActive with long term known Chiropraticien's recommendation. I can feel great progress each time of visit. Massage Technique with SHIATSU gives me so much healing of pain. I highly recommend !

Zen Active is an amazing community of practitioner's and healers. A few years ago I was looking for an acupuncturist and I came across Zen Active. Since then I have also seen Aliyah for massage therapy and Maki for intutive guidance and body work. They both create such a welcoming and loving environment. I always feel so refreshed and taken care of after my sessions. I currently see Hogan for acupuncture and acupressure. Hogan is knowledgeable, attentive and makes sure you feel taken care of.
