CANCELLATION POLICY : First-time late cancellations will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment fee, and full-appointment price for subsequent late cancellations. We can direct bill many insurers and are happy to offer this courtesy, but there are exceptions . Please confirm with your provider whether they accept direct billing from healthcare providers for the particular service you are seeking. If they do not, or if they do not accept electronic submission, you will need to pay upfront and submit your insurance claim yourself.
