We operate without receptionists. Best way to contact by emails: zenstonemassagetherapy@gmail.com. If you don’t see your preferred availability online, simply email us or add yourself on our wait list. We will try our best to accommodate your requests.
Accepting new ICBC patients, direct bill to ICBC is available, currently only RMT Derek is available, additional user fees as follow:
First visit 60 min massage - additional user is $12.45 GST included
Subsequent visit 45 min massage - addition user is $15.65 GST included
What you can expect from our clinic
Proper sanitizing of all equipment, sheets, and surfaces before and after each use
Patients are asked to come just themselves as our waiting area will have limited seating. This allows physical distancing that keeps everyone safe.
Patients can request therapist to wear facemask during treatment
Cancellation Policy
- We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointment cancelled less than 24 hours, will be charged at the full cost of the treatment.
