All New & Returning patients (last appointment for the same injury over > 6 months or for any new injury) : please book an initial assessment, you will receive an intake form to provide us with some important information/updates prior to your visit.

Cancellation policy : Your appointment is TIME RESERVED just for YOU and your physiotherapist prepares in advance for your visit. As such, we kindly ask for a minimum 24 hours notice for any cancellations to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or no-show to their appointment, will be charged the cancellation fee (appointment fee).
