There is no one better than Ashley! She has been supportive and effective through every step. No matter the issue, she is knowledgable and will meet you where you are at. I couldn't recommend her more!

All New & Returning patients (last appointment for the same injury over > 6 months or for any new injury) : please book an initial assessment, you will receive an intake form to provide us with some important information/updates prior to your visit.
Cancellation policy : Your appointment is TIME RESERVED just for YOU and your physiotherapist prepares in advance for your visit. As such, we kindly ask for a minimum 24 hours notice for any cancellations to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or no-show to their appointment, will be charged the cancellation fee (appointment fee). Thank you for your understanding - from myself and patients on the cancelation list :)

Clinic information : We are located on the 3rd floor, unit #303. There is no set waiting room so please come at your appointed time, or you may wait outside, or sit in our lovely gym area.
Parking : There is paid parking on 12th street (first 30mins is free, and must register with the app passport parking), in the side parking lot, or underground. Some free (but limited) parking around the neighborhood.
- Other options: Whole foods across the street (11th street), parking included with a purchase, close to main transit lines, or walking-in if you live close by :)

Ashley is an exceptional physiotherapist! She’s helped me with assessing and treating different injuries over the past few years, while also building a program to focus on strengthening and injury prevention. I have been a client for many years now and I can't possibly recommend Ashley enough! She is very skilled at Identifying the cause of my pain/issues, she thoroughly explains everything clearly, and has created many effective and personalized treatment plans for me. My wife and I have been coming to see Ashley for some time now . I don’t think we have ever met such a kind and dedicated physiotherapist . She cares a great deal about her clients and goes above and beyond. Meticulous with care plans and super detailed with targeting each problem we come in with. Just top notch all the way.
