I have had nothing but the greatest experience with Hiral Thakkar, one of the physio therapists at Back to Health. She is an unusually attentive therapist. Hiral listens well, never pushes, and yet always figures out a way to make you feel not only better, but able to take care of yourself. She is cheerful, kind and always encouraging. Hiral has a deep knowledge of the human body and always makes sure you understand the reason for any exercise. She also gives incredible massages! I had an amazing experience and can’t say enough good things about the service and care I received. I came in for an emergency appointment because I was in a lot of pain, I met with Myrriam Vezina who took great care of me. Her chiropractic analysis was thorough, and the adjustments were done with great care and expertise. After the treatment, I felt immediate relief from the pain I had been dealing with. It was such a huge difference from how I felt when I walked in. I left feeling relieved, happy, and very thankful for their help. I had my first session of chiro therapy today with Dr. Myrriam Vezina. I can say that she's really accommodating and will listen to your concern to give a proper treatment based on what do you want to achieve. The place is neat & the people are welcoming.

I thoroughly enjoy my appointments at this clinic. Everyone is very friendly and Dr.Rodwin is so knowledgeable. It's an extra bonus that there are dogs there too!

I have been seeing Dr. Barbara since late 2025 due to an emergency back issue. I had back pain to the point where I couldn’t get up, sit down or even work- I was already noticing a large difference in comfort the morning after my first appointment with Dr. Rodwin and am feeling healed now! My session with Barbara was short but impactful. She appears to be VERY knowledgeable and precise in her assessment of her patients, providing the most effective treatment I have experienced in a while. After trying many, many different treatments for my many agonizing body aches and pains, I was pleasantly surprised to feel such instant relief after just the first adjustment with Barbara. I went today for the first time to get my first abdominal massage with Diana, which was great. She was extremely helpful, professional, and very knowledgeable. She treated me very well. When it comes to her, the massage was perfect. I’m glad I tried it and definitely will continue with her. However, the clinic environment is not very professional or hygienic. The clinic staff never mentioned or told me during the booking that they have 2 dogs running around when I’m allergic to dogs. When I was trying to relax and enjoy my massage, one of the dogs kept barking loudly. I would love to go back to book more massage sessions with Diana, but the only thing that’s stopping me from going back is the dog allergy. Dog was keep looking at me and barking while I was paying my bill at the cash. Not sure why the clinic owner keeps their pets locked inside the clinic, it’s not even safe or fair to the dogs. I receive chiropractic treatment for my spine. Recently I misaligned a vertebrae in my neck by doing an abrupt movement. The area was very sensitive. All it took was one treatment to relieve the pain, and it was gone in a matter of hours.

I called for an emergency care for chiropractic treatment on Christmas Eve. I was welcomed with open arms with my stiff neck and near to tears in pain. After the treatment I left the office feeling wonderful. Not only did they show me so much attention and care but Dr Rodwin knew exactly what to do and how to help me improve my pain until our next visit. I highly recommend this office.
