“I have had nothing but the greatest experience with Hiral Thakkar, one of the physio therapists at Back to Health. She is an unusually attentive therapist. Hiral listens well, never pushes, and yet always figures out a way to make you feel not only better, but able to take care of yourself. She is cheerful, kind and always encouraging. Hiral has a deep knowledge of the human body and always makes sure you understand the reason for any exercise. She also gives incredible massages! “I had an amazing experience and can’t say enough good things about the service and care I received. I came in for an emergency appointment because I was in a lot of pain, I met with Myrriam Vezina who took great care of me. Her chiropractic analysis was thorough, and the adjustments were done with great care and expertise. After the treatment, I felt immediate relief from the pain I had been dealing with. It was such a huge difference from how I felt when I walked in. I left feeling relieved, happy, and very thankful for their help. “I have been seeing Dr. Barbara since late 2025 due to an emergency back issue. “My session with Barbara was short but impactful. She appears to be VERY knowledgeable and precise in her assessment of her patients, providing the most effective treatment I have experienced in a while. “Dr. Rodwin fixed a chronic shoulder pain I had been dealing with for years. The active release technique she used fixed the problem and I have been pain free for over a year. She also treated me for lower back pain and knee pain. The orthotics she recommended have worked very well. I was able to complete a 160 km walking trip with no knee pain.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I couldn't recommend Dr. Barbara Rodwin more strongly. I was visiting Ottawa from my home in the NWT to move my son into university with plans to go on to visit our older son in the UK when I developed an acute and very painful injury to my should/back/ribs. I was in so much pain I couldn't sleep or move very well. I feared I would have to cancel my trip to the UK. I found the Back to Health Wellness Centre online and was able to get an emergency appointment with Dr. Rodwin at her home office the same day with a follow up the next day. She spent time with me and didn't make me feel rushed. My appointments were charged at a very reasonable rate despite being on the weekend. I got immediate relief and improved mobility after the first appointment, but still had some pain. She recommended some additional steps and saw me again the next day, where things improved even more. I am certain that without Dr. Rodwin's care I would not have been able to tolerate a transatlantic flight, never mind go on a spectacular 7km hike in Wales only a few days later. She saved my holiday!!! Though I still had some soreness to manage, I was able to enjoy my trip and every day I felt better and better.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I went today for the first time to get my first abdominal massage with Diana, which was great. She was extremely helpful, professional, and very knowledgeable. She treated me very well. When it comes to her, the massage was perfect. I’m glad I tried it and definitely will continue with her. However, the clinic environment is not very professional or hygienic. The clinic staff never mentioned or told me during the booking that they have 2 dogs running around when I’m allergic to dogs. When I was trying to relax and enjoy my massage, one of the dogs kept barking loudly. I would love to go back to book more massage sessions with Diana, but the only thing that’s stopping me from going back is the dog allergy. Dog was keep looking at me and barking while I was paying my bill at the cash. Not sure why the clinic owner keeps their pets locked inside the clinic, it’s not even safe or fair to the dogs.
