Adult Intake Session

This is a 50 minute session for you to meet with the Psychologist and discuss all relevant background information and current functioning. The Psychologist will follow a semi-structured interview format, however there will also be time to share your concerns. You are booking Step 1 of your Psychoeducational Assessment. Our Office Assistant, Susi, will help you book Step 2: Cognitive Testing, Step 3: Academic Testing, and Step 4: Feedback Session. The total cost of a Psych Ed is $3000, which includes all testing and a report. All receipts will read 12.5 hours @ $240/hr. For families with insurance, Susi will be happy to submit a claim for you.
