Intake Session for PDD/AISH Assessment

This assessment can be used as part of your PDD/AISH Assessment funding application. The assessment measures intellectual skills (i.e. IQ) and adaptive functioning. Please book an initial intake session with the parent/guardian followed by the testing session with the applicant. The feedback meeting can be booked 3 weeks following the completion of all testing and questionnaires.
