Capacity Assessment

This appointment involves a one-on-one interview with a psychologist as part of the capacity assessment process. The psychologist will ask questions about your daily functioning, personal history, health, finances, living situation, and ability to make decisions in various areas of life. The interview is designed to help the psychologist understand your current strengths, challenges, and decision-making abilities. There are no right or wrong answers. We simply ask that you answer questions as honestly and fully as possible. If you use hearing aids, glasses, mobility aids, or other assistive devices, please ensure you have them with you for the appointment.
