I was very apprehensive about acupuncture and chiropractic services. Dr. Cole Pollard took the time I needed to feel comfortable before he began treatment. He made sure I was okay with everything he was doing and not experiencing any discomfort.
When the chiropractic treatment began I was surprised how gentle it was. I had only seen treatments on tv and they always looked so painful and rough. I was so comfortable that I even had my neck treated, something I swore I'd never do!!!
I found relief after my second appointment and my energy and mood improved being I wasn't in constant pain.

Dr. Ben is incredibly knowledgable on the body and nervous system. He has come at a very serious nerve impeachment issue from a very different angle from all the other practitioners I’ve visited (which is many) would highly recommend him if you’re facing issues in your body. Have been going to see Cole for quite a while now. When I started to see him, I was in a bad way. He spent so much time listening, understanding and giving me a positive outcome to fix my body from constant pain. Every time I see him, I feel he knows by taking the time to ask how things have been and he knows what to do to make me feel so free of pain and discomfort. I first started treatment with Dr. Cole at his Yonge and Eglinton clinic and happily followed him to the Guelph clinic because his treatments are truly that outstanding. He is incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable, and he always takes the time to explain everything in a way that feels reassuring and easy to understand. You never feel rushed, and most importantly, it’s clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and their recovery. Dane is an excellent, patient, and inspiring trainer. He’s easy to get along with and always takes the time to explain and correct my form. He is constantly readjusting my husband’s and my program to keep the workout challenging and maintaining a steady progress. We have noticed amazing changes in our physique and great progression in our strength training journey.

I met Dr. Ben at a Hyrox Strong event on Family Day. He was thorough and spent a lot of time providing manual soft tissue work and acupuncture, and it made a noticeable difference in how I recovered after race day.
