“Two weeks ago today I saw Dr. Ben and I was telling him how much better my toes felt. I was back today and told him about the improvement. Dr.Ben said let's take a look at them. He said that they were feeling more flexible and he felt that he could do more. Using a hands on manipulation he worked on my toes and above my toes. I have felt much better since I arrived home today. It seems like my right foot was unable to lift and it is doing so much better. I would highly recommend Dr. Ben, he is quite willing to work with you and listen to you. I have tried a lot of different professional people and they do not compare to Dr. Ben. “I was very apprehensive about acupuncture and chiropractic services. Dr. Cole Pollard took the time I needed to feel comfortable before he began treatment. He made sure I was okay with everything he was doing and not experiencing any discomfort. When the chiropractic treatment began I was surprised how gentle it was. I had only seen treatments on tv and they always looked so painful and rough. I was so comfortable that I even had my neck treated, something I swore I'd never do!!! I found relief after my second appointment and my energy and mood improved being I wasn't in constant pain. “Dane is an excellent, patient, and inspiring trainer. He’s easy to get along with and always takes the time to explain and correct my form. He is constantly readjusting my husband’s and my program to keep the workout challenging and maintaining a steady progress. We have noticed amazing changes in our physique and great progression in our strength training journey.
