Cancellation Policy : Due to the high demand for our therapists and our extensive waitlist, we enforce a STRICT cancellation policy. In accordance with this policy, we reserve the right to charge our fees for no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours. In addition, we require a credit card on file for all bookings. We kindly ask you to review our cancellation terms carefully, as exceptions will not be made.

Urgent Appointments : Many of our therapists are booked 2-3 weeks in advance. However, if you’re experiencing pain or have an acute injury and can’t find an available appointment within the next week, please reach out to us directly. We’ll do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible!
