Cancellation Policy : Due to the high demand for our therapists and our extensive waitlist, we enforce a STRICT cancellation policy. In accordance with this policy, we reserve the right to charge our fees for no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours. In addition, we require a credit card on file for all bookings. We kindly ask you to review our cancellation terms carefully, as exceptions will not be made.
Urgent Appointments : Many of our therapists are booked 2-3 weeks in advance. However, if you’re experiencing pain or have an acute injury and can’t find an available appointment within the next week, please reach out to us directly. We’ll do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible!

“I mistakenly trusted the head therapist who I heard is excellent at what he does. But he damaged my shoulder irreparably and refuses to own it. I asked around and All Other professionals in this field disagreed with his method.
