“I had an unexpectedly poor experience with this business. I booked there because of the convenience to my home and workplace. They called me twice in the week leading up to my appointment to move the time and in the end, being frustrated I chose to cancel. I’m not sure about other people but I have to book around my work schedule and family life. Not even 5 minutes later I received an email from the massage therapist saying that I was very upset with the receptionist which is untrue. I replied to provide her with an explanation of my situation and why I didn’t think it was a good fit but that I understood where she was coming from. I then received another email. Which I found to be very unprofessional. The receptionist was not the reason for my cancellation, she was quite pleasant despite the circumstance. My biggest concern was this final email, throwing my original appointments cancellation in my face due to my son having Covid as if I had a choice in the matter. Do not get me wrong we all appreciate when a business goes out of their way for their clients which was her alleged reasoning for wanting to move my appointment. A reason I didn’t need, I also didn’t need to be made to feel guilty for “rattling” the receptionist or “making her feel like she did something wrong”. I wasn’t rude or belligerent I simply asked to have my appointment cancelled. Sorry receptionist lady if you felt it was more than that. Though I may need luck to find an appointment with another massage therapist with ok availability I’m sure it won’t be hard to find one with less attitude. Best of luck. Ps. Don’t forget to be kind and understanding or you’ll get unnecessary emails that suggest that you aren’t a nice person when all you wanted was to book a massage keep your appointment and not receive multiple phone calls about it.”Lire la suiteRéduire
