After her studies in Halifax she travelled to Toronto to write her board exams to become registered in the province of Ontario. She started her career at Renova Integrated Health Services in Bedford Nova Scotia where she spent her first five years gaining experience from many different health care professionals in a multidisciplinary setting.
In 2005 Tatum decided to take an opportunity at Glenbourne Chiropractic where she spent one year before having her first child. In May 2006 she took on the challenge of opening her own clinic here in St. Margaret’s Bay and has been here ever since! She feels so blessed to be surrounded by so many amazing therapists and staff that have joined St. Margaret’s Bay Massage Therapy over the last number of years. She couldn’t have asked for a better team!
Since starting her career in 1999 she has gained a lot of experience with patients of all ages and treating many different conditions. She is always looking forward to helping people in our community and surrounding areas with their health and wellbeing!

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on method that engages the CranioSacral System—a system reflecting the integration of physical structures, physiological rhythms, and energetic processes. Using a soft touch, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system. This has been shown to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, as well as many other systems of the body, including digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, and more. CST has also been shown to help with the physical components related to such somatic conditions as Post Traumatic Stress, depression and anxiety. By facilitating the body's natural and innate healing processes, CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and has been shown to be beneficial for people seeking help with a wide range of healthcare challenges and symptoms including: Migraines, Headaches Chronic Pain Sleep Challenges Traumatic Brain Injuries and Concussions Spinal Cord Injuries Chronic Fatigue Stress and Tension-Related Problems Fibromyalgia and other Connective-Tissue Disorders Temporomandibular Joint Syndrome (TMJ) and Dental Challenges Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Emotional Difficulties, Depression
