**About Kim:**

Kim Deschamps is the Founder and CEO of Holistic Physiotherapy and Wellness, a woman-owned multidisciplinary clinic in Saskatoon offering whole-person, trauma-informed care. As a licensed physiotherapist with advanced training in pelvic health physiotherapy, lifestyle medicine, professional yoga therapy, and dry needling, Kim helps clients uncover and address the root causes of pain, hormonal imbalance, and persistent patterns impacting their health and quality of life.

Known as a “root cause detective,” Kim combines evidence-informed practice with nervous system regulation and lifestyle-based interventions. She supports individuals across the lifespan—including men, women, and gender-diverse clients—with particular passion for menstrual health, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause.

Kim holds a Master’s in Physical Therapy, a Bachelor's in Kinesiology with Great Distinction, and certifications in gerontology, pelvic health physiotherapy, professional yoga therapy, dry needling, and lifestyle medicine. She is a lifelong learner, mentor, and advocate for inclusive, collaborative, and sustainable models of care in private practice.

Outside of the clinic, Kim is a devoted mother of two, a lifelong learner, and a big believer in slow mornings, strength training, and daily walks with her dog. She is deeply supported by her husband, Jeff, whose partnership and shared vision have grounded her through each chapter of building a business while raising a family. Kim finds joy in nature, meaningful connection, and holding space for others—at home, in the clinic, and in the community. Her vision is to create long-lasting change in health care by building a values-led business that supports both the people who receive care and the professionals who provide it.
