A little bit about me! My name is Abby Tucker and I am a Mat Pilates Instructor in Training with Barre Body. Barre Body is Australia's Leading Training Provider of Pilates Instructors. Once I complete my practice teaching hours, I will have a globally recognized certificate to teach Mat Pilates. I have finished 48 hours of in-person training with a focus on anatomy, and I am very excited to begin applying my knowledge in class with you!
I am graduating in June with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto. I am very passionate about mental health, and I have found in my own life that physical exercise has had an immense positive impact on my well-being. I hope to share my love of Pilates with you to support lifelong movement and mental wellness.
