Abby is a Physiotherapist who is passionate about helping people get back to the activities they love. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with ongoing pain, or just wanting to move with more confidence, she’s here to help.

She takes a personalized approach to care, using hands-on treatment, tailored exercise programs, and education to support long-term results.

Abby works with a wide range of concerns, including joint and muscle pain, sports injuries, and stiffness or discomfort with everyday activities. She has a special interest in helping people improve their quality of life by staying active, strong, and mobile.

She completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University and holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from UBC Okanagan, where she focused on exercise physiology and health promotion.

Originally from Muskoka, Ontario, Abby is excited to now call Vancouver Island home and looks forward to supporting the health and wellness of the local community. Outside the clinic, she enjoys staying active at the gym, spending time outdoors with her dog Ellie, being with family, and exploring new places.
