My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in a trauma-informed, person-centred lens. I draw from CBT, DBT, EFT, and relational therapy to meet you where you are and support your unique journey.
As a first-generation Canadian from a South Asian background, I understand the complexities of navigating identity, culture, and family expectations. I speak Punjabi and Hindi fluently and offer a culturally attuned space for clients from diverse backgrounds, especially those growing up in multigenerational or bicultural homes.
