I am passionate about evidence-based massage and am eager to continue my education in order to promote healthy body function through massage; while also understanding how the nervous system has effects on our body & muscles. I was born and raised in Rocky Mountain House and spends most of my time outdoors snowboarding, dirtbiking or with my pups! I aims my practice to be 'therapeutically relaxing' ensuring that my clients chronic or acute pain is being addressed while also ensuring they are relaxed & comfortable the entire treatment. Prenatal Massage-30 Min We have a pregnancy cushion, which allows the client to receive treatment while laying facedown. We can also use a side-lying positioning if that is more comfortable.
Prenatal Massage-45 Min We have a pregnancy cushion, which allows the client to receive treatment while laying facedown. We can also use a side-lying positioning if that is more comfortable.
Prenatal Massage-60 Min We have a pregnancy cushion, which allows the client to receive treatment while laying facedown. We can also use a side-lying positioning if that is more comfortable.
Prenatal Massage-90 Min We have a pregnancy cushion, which allows the client to receive treatment while laying facedown. We can also use a side-lying positioning if that is more comfortable.
