Abdallah Najem is a highly accomplished and experienced multilingual physical therapist with over a decade of clinical experience in the field. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and a Master of Science in Physical Activity and Sports Rehab from Université Saint Joseph – Lebanon, complemented by a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the Lebanese University.
Throughout his career, Abdallah has worked with patients of all ages and backgrounds, specializing in the management of musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries, as well as expert-led vestibular rehabilitation. He is specifically trained in the assessment and therapeutic orientation required to treat vertigo, dizziness, and complex balance disorders.
As a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional, he takes a holistic approach to patient care, considering not only their physical health but also their emotional and psychological well-being. He works closely with every patient to understand their unique needs, goals, and concerns, developing individual treatment plans that are tailored to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Each week, participants will learn how to use different equipment, practice proper lifting technique, and become familiar with the gym space. The goal is not to provide a hard workout. Instead, Gym 101 focuses on education, safe movement, and building the skills needed to exercise more independently. By the end of the program, participants should feel more prepared to enter the gym, choose appropriate exercises, and use the equipment with less assistance.
