Hi, I’m Abhi, founder of Zenula Health®. Our name means “ultimate calmness,” and that’s exactly what we strive to bring into your life—especially when you’re dealing with vertigo, concussion, or chronic pain.
With over 28 years of clinical experience, I’m passionate about helping people understand what’s causing their symptoms and guiding them toward lasting relief. My approach is simple: clear explanations, personalized care, and effective treatment strategies that help restore balance—both physically and in everyday life.
I am a licensed physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. I completed my Physiotherapy degree in 1997 and earned my Master’s degree in 2010. My professional training includes Spine Pathway certification in Saskatchewan, along with advanced education in vertigo and concussion management. I also have extensive experience in dry needling (IMS) and myofascial treatment techniques.
At Zenula Health®, I provide individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs. My goal is to help you feel better, move confidently, and return to the life you enjoy—safely and efficiently.

Baseline testing is any combination of neuropsychological and physical tests which, when conducted on a non-injured athlete, is meant to provide a helpful reference point in case of a future injury. If a possible concussion occurs, the athlete takes the tests again and the results are then compared to their baseline measures.

This is a one-hour assessment to help figure out what might be causing your dizziness and balance issues. Please **don’t eat anything for at least 2 hours** before your appointment, and make sure to wear **loose, comfy clothes**. If your symptoms tend to get worse, it’s a good idea to bring someone with you who can drive you home afterward—just to be safe. **Important:** Please fill out the intake form **before** your appointment. Take your time with it—don’t rush. Do your best to answer all the questions carefully.
Functional Dry Needling is a therapeutic technique used by trained physiotherapist to treat muscle pain and movement problems. It involves inserting very thin, sterile needles into specific points in muscles known as trigger points. The goal is to release muscle tightness, reduce pain, improve blood flow, and restore normal movement. Functional dry needling is often used as part of a broader rehabilitation program to help improve mobility, decrease discomfort, and support recovery from injuries.
