Abigail Costen, RMT

Through professionalism and attention to detail, she maintains a healthy relationship with each client. She has gained experience in working with a variety of muscular issues, including: muscular imbalance, occupational or sports injuries, tension or stress headaches, overuse trauma such as tendinitis and TMJ disorder. She frequently uses deep tissue and trigger point therapy with her clients while adapting pressure and technique to each client’s pain tolerance. She strives to exercise an intuitive balance between deep tissue and relaxation.

Many who have met Abigail have commented that she has a certain seriousness about her, but the truth is, she takes her work to heart and seriously, but there is a side of her that enjoys a good laugh. In her free time, Abigail enjoys old comedy classics, good scary books and reading up on space science.
