This workshop begins with a brief one-on-one chat with an acupuncturist, followed by 5-10 minutes of gentle movement to help settle your body and prepare for stillness. Once you're on your mat, the sound bath and acupuncture session will commence. Afterward, you'll be treated to an electrolyte beverage and chocolates.

Throughout our day we are faced with lower vibrations such as: stressful jobs, juggling activities, finances and so on. Sound therapy is a set of higher and balancing frequencies to help elevate your bodies lower vibration, that tend to exhaust you or cause tension in your body. ⭐️Throughout your session you will be bathed in the beautiful sound of the crystal bowls, chimes, singing triangle, and be mesmerized with the ocean drum.
