Adam Bourne received his Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology from Lakehead University in 2015. He then decided to further his interest in healing the human body by taking the Advanced Massage Therapy Diploma program at Algonquin College.
In his off time, Adam enjoys getting outside and being active all year round. He is a member of the Canadian Ski Patrol and spends the winter months on the ski hill. In the summer, he spends time mountain biking in Gatineau Park, fishing, and playing outdoor sports.
Adam takes great pride in helping people achieve their treatment goals, whatever they may be. He takes a focused approach to treatment; looking at areas of high tension, postural imbalances, chronic and/or acute injuries, and helping his clients understand what they can do to continue their progress. Adam spent several years as the Team Massage Therapist for the Ottawa 67's of the OHL and continues to work with many of the uOttawa Geegees teams and athletes.
