AjouterAdam holds post-secondary diplomas in Health, Wellness & Fitness, Physiotherapy Assistance, Manual Osteopathy, and Massage Therapy. He also holds a variety of continuing education certificates, including Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, Sports Conditioning Instruction, and Sports Nutrition, among others.
Originally from Hamilton, Ontario, Adam has over a decade of experience in the health industry, be it as a personal trainer, bootcamp instructor, physiotherapy assistant, or manual therapist. Specializing in therapeutic care, Adam’s focus is primarily in orthopedics, such as joint injuries, scar care, and chronic dysfunctions. Education is a large part of Adam’s treatments, and he enjoys answering all questions relating to his patients’ injuries.
When he is not in office, Adam is watching cartoons with his toddlers, Erin and Michael.
