Originally from British Columbia, Adam has been a practicing Registered Acupuncturist since 2018. Following his initial training, he pursed an intensive, year-long certification in The Balance System - a distinctive Acupuncture approach developed by the renowned Dr. Richard Tefu Tan. Adam studied under Dr. Sonia Tan, a direct student of Dr. Tan and the creator of the first university accredited program dedicated to teaching this method. As a member of the program's inaugural graduating class, Adam brings both deep knowledge and hands-on expertise in the Balance System.
In his practice, Adam focuses on restoring harmony within the body by working with the interconnected network of meridians and the flow of energy throughout them. This technique is at the core of his treatment style and informs much pf the care he provides.
Adam treats a wide range of conditions, with a particular focus on musculoskeletal pain, digestive concerns, and mental health challenges - including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and sleep disorders.
