Adea is a coach, consultant, teacher and the founder of Mind Maven Coaching. She has dedicated her career to supporting individuals and organizations reach their full potential by inspiring clients to clarify goals, identify what’s holding them back, and improve their emotional flexibility so that they surpass their aspirations.
Prior to becoming a coach, Adea spent over eight years as a leader at Accenture where she guided organizations in becoming more innovative and learning how to create successful, high-performing teams. With over a decade of experience in the corporate space, she is a trusted advisor and coach to senior and C-suite leaders across diverse industries, from healthcare to gaming, and everything in between.
Guided by her deep understanding of personal growth, Adea’s coaching methodology works at the neurological level and empowers individuals to embrace change and embark on a path of personal and professional fulfillment, ensuring they have the tools to succeed long-term. Through her transformative coaching, Adea has empowered clients to overcome barriers, develop strong relationships, and lead fulfilling lives.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Adea enjoys building her real estate portfolio and creating spaces that people love to live in. When she's not helping clients live extraordinary lives, you can find her training her service dog, playing volleyball, creating pottery, and gathering people together.
Adea continually invests in her learning and leverages a mix of methodologies including Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Emotional Regulation, Positive Intelligence, Internal Family Systems, and Systems Design. She is an active member of the International Coaching Federation and Co-Active Institute.
