My name is Adel. I have created this practice associated with the pain and relief clinic to be able to truly connect with clients one-on-one in the most holistic way possible, through our mental health, and provide therapy that is related to the individual and their own unique experiences.
Adel works primarily with relationships, boundaries, self-worth, everyday stress management, communication, body-image, perfectionism, anxiety and those who are processing difficult or traumatic experiences. She also is interested in couples therapy and provides couples with unique therapy that allows for them to get back on track and find solution-focused methods to attending to their needs.
I work primarily with young adults, adults, and couples.
My approach will be based on your unique experiences and how this has made you into the person that you are.

Registered Psychotherapist - CRPO
Masters in Counselling Psychology (MA) - Yorkville University
Honors BA in Child and Youth Studies (BA) - Brock University
