Adelaine Wortley was born and raised in Fernie, B.C., where a life surrounded by mountains naturally led her to a passion for human movement and recovery. After completing her two-year Registered Massage Therapy diploma, she now enters clinical practice with a strong foundation in anatomy, orthopedics, and evidence-informed assessment.
With her own background in snowboarding and mountain biking, Adelaine understands the physical demands of an active lifestyle. She is committed to identifying the underlying causes of pain and tension and works with clients to support their return to the activities that bring meaning and joy to their lives.
Adelaine blends therapeutic, hands-on techniques with movement-based strategies, encouraging clients to take an active role in their healing. Her goal is to help people feel capable, informed, and supported as they build resilience in both daily life and sport.
